Nicole Powers, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a devoted daughter of God, mother of six, and proud par-ent to fraternal twin boys diagnosed with Autism. A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she practices autonomously and serves as a trusted preceptor for physician as-sistants and nurse practitioners, equipping the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Nicole is the founder and owner of both a telemedicine practice and a home care agency, where she integrates her clinical expertise with her passion for providing accessible, compassionate care. As the author of Autism is a Superpower, she brings a powerful voice to the conversation on Autism, drawing from her own experiences as a mother and advocate. She has shared her insights in vari-ous talks on Autism, empowering parents and communities to embrace the unique strengths within every child.

Nicole’s upcoming book, releasing this year, is written to equip parents of children with special needs to walk in faith, resilience, and hope. Drawing from her own testimony, she empowers parents to embrace the journey with courage and grace.
