Refund

By purchasing services through Yosi Publishing, LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as expressly stated in a separate, written provision of the Agreement. This includes, without limitation, initial retainer fees, consultation fees, installment payments, and any fees paid for services rendered. Due to the nature of our customized, time-sensitive work, Yosi Publishing, LLC reserves and allocates exclusive resources and professional expertise to each project upon engagement, thereby foregoing the opportunity to take on other clients. Payments reflect this commitment and are not subject to return, regardless of Client dissatisfaction, project abandonment, changes in personal or financial circumstances, or failure to utilize services. This policy is a binding condition of all service engagements and is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the preservation of professional time and integrity.
Refund Policy Clause
All payments made are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in Section 2. This includes, but is not limited to, the initial retainer fee, consultation fees, installment payments, and any fees paid for services rendered.

Commitment of Resources: Yosi Publishing, LLC reserves a dedicated time slot for the Client’s project, ensuring that resources, scheduling, and professional services are specifically allocated. As such, another potential client is not taken on in place of the Client’s project. The time and expertise invested are reflected in the payments made and cannot be returned.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments, including but not limited to the initial retainer, consultation fees, installment fees, and any fees paid for completed services, are non-refundable. This policy applies in all cases, including but not limited to:

Client dissatisfaction with services provided.

Client's decision to terminate the Agreement before project completion.

Change of mind or financial circumstances.
-
Failure to utilize services or complete the project.

Financial Accountability: The Client is financially responsible for the full amount of the services outlined in the Agreement with Yosi Publishing. Payments made under the Agreement are considered compensation for the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to the Client's project, which are non-recoverable once allocated.

Reactivation Terms: Should the Client choose to re-engage with Yosi Publishing, LLC after termination of the Agreement or failure to complete the project, a new agreement and additional fees may apply. Reactivation will be at the sole discretion of Yosi Publishing, LLC and will require a review of the Client's previous account status.
Official Warning
The Client understands and accepts that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances and acknowledges that this policy is in place to protect the integrity of the resources and time committed to each individual project.
